Christina knew it was stupid to put the makeup in her purse, but it was too tempting and before she knew it, she was walking out of the store without paying for it. An astute clerk saw her and reported her to the department of Moral Welfare who happened to have an agent outside the store. After determining that she was healthy, Christina was returned to the interrogation room where the Moral Welfare Officer administered ten very painful strokes of the leather strap to her bare bottom!
The guard took her photograph showing her punished bottom and Christina knew that it would be posted on the government's web site of petty criminals!
